This depends on the complexity of the caliber. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for a standard service, and up to 8 weeks for high complications or vintage restorations. We will give you a precise timeframe when we provide the final quote.

Yes. As soon as your watch or jewellery is taken into our care, it is covered by our professional insurance. You will receive a signed receipt document.
