• Return Period: You can return the item within 15 days of receipt, no questions asked.
• Refund: Issued within 5 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• Condition: The product must be returned in the exact same aesthetic and mechanical condition as when it was shipped.

• Warranty Duration:

1. All our parts come with a 1-year warranty covering any operational or manufacturing defects.
2. Vintage watches (manufactured before the year 2000), due to their historical design and the delicate nature of their mechanisms requiring special maintenance, come with a 6-month warranty.

• Absolute exclusion of water resistance: The water resistance of our parts is never guaranteed, regardless of the watch (including models originally water-resistant). We disclaim all responsibility in the event of water or moisture penetration.
• Other exclusions: The warranty also does not cover damage related to improper handling, shock, fall, normal wear and tear due to use, as well as any intervention or opening performed by a third party not authorized by our workshop.
